Motion Controller WNMPC07 Series, Stepper Motor Driver Required
Specifications:
The WNMPC07 series of motion controller, a cost-effective, was based on the control module from one or two PCI cards for stepper motors by PC Desktop Computer. It is available for integrating 1 to 4 axes into one piece of PCI card. A PCI card realizes three-axis linkage mostly. The control system has based on the advanced Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). All the featured motion controls were processed in devices, such as position-compare output, pulse/direction or CW/CCW signal output, forward/reverse limit, home and alarm input for each axis, acceleration-deceleration control, and much more. The operating environment is available for Windows 98, Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
The motion controller accepts input parameters such as position, velocity, acceleration, and deceleration. It is also available for your programming by the software of LabView, and brings a precise control by the computer step by step as you set. For step motors, pulse output rate up to 4.0 MHz provides fast and smooth motion for full step or microstepping drives. The WNMPC07 can be programmed using standard software development environment, such as Microsoft Visual Basic and Visual C++. Driver programs, powerful sample programs and DLL functions are available in the Function Library Manual We can provide the sample of program by LabView for your reference if you need.
